It takes as reference the set of recommendations and the creation of management teams, which are the basis of work to develop accompanying measures in this third phase. OBJECTIVES

• Consolidate a proposal to organize curricular areas and fields of knowledge from their potential and lay the foundation for evaluation and monitoring.

· Provide support for building the institutional system of evaluation in accordance with Decree 1290 of 2009.

METHODOLOGY In order to develop the proposed objectives for the third phase of training and support, the package of recommendations as a management task for teachers in the municipality has been advanced in part (instrument making, information gathering and systematization information) are assumed in the analysis.

From this starting point, this phase would follow two strategies: in the morning will be held on-site visit and work with the management team and academic councils, with the intention of achieving the first objective. In the afternoon we will work in place that has provided quality equipment to the Ministry of Education teachers with management to achieve the second objective.

This phase is characterized by a very practical work, taking as reference the themes addressed in the second phase, which gave the work items to advance the re conceptualization of PEI and Institutional Building Rating System.

ROAD WORK

1. CURRICULUM REORGANIZATION

In working with the Academic Councils and Teams Management will split the collection of information from each school and from the analysis to meet the interests, needs and expectations of students, as reference in curriculum construction. The curricula for each school will be reviewed against the guidelines and curriculum standards to determine how close or far we expected from the education system. It is up to each school and find the foundations on which curriculum development conducted in each of the areas or fields of knowledge.

2. INSTITUTIONAL ASSESSMENT SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION

From Decree 1290 of 2009, will define the conditions for the construction of Institutional Assessment System and meetings with teachers managers advance in building common consensus guidelines for the basic agreements that will govern the schools and the strategy for communicating to the school community and its adoption in the operating coexistence and PEI.

In this case the in-situ work with the Academic Councils will provide the elements to draw the boundaries for each grade, with a view to avoid the use of evaluation as an instrument of power, to be used in a punitive, not as a pedagogical tool that contributes to the improvement of the practices of teachers and children and young people to learn more and better.
